Project – Geeyam Precioso Our association with Geeyam Builders started in 2011 for a Joint Venture property in RA Puram. In the very first introduction with Mr. Chandrasekaran (MD – Geeyam Builders) we were able to feel the trust and reliability that we are in the safe and professional hands. With his vast experience in construction field he exhibited very high confidence and he knows completely what he is committing and delivering. He is known for his perfection, quality and timely delivery of projects. Even though the approval took 8 months from the time of agreement signing he was able to quickly complete the project and handed over us in the guaranteed time of 18 months which no builder in the industry has done so far. Geeyam is known for 3 traits Perfection, Quality and Timely delivery of projects. On my first visit in the construction site I was surprised to see the quality and width of steel rods used for foundation and pillars and his adherence to quality standards and the amount of effort taken to design the building to earth quake resistant was amazing. Geeyam has taken personal interest in understanding the each customer requirements and tailor made every solution in such a way that end user benefit is passed on to each customer. He has guided us from the start till completion and hand holded us in making the right planning for open kitchen modification, wood work paneling, pooja room designing and more importantly carving out our apartment as per vaastu complaint as well. He has concentrated on each and every detail starting from car parking area to open terrace area. He always strives and works for customer delight and gives due diligence to customer feedback. He has went extra mile in customer satisfaction for painting the terrace area with weather and sun control white paint which helped us to live without air condition during peak summer in chennai. I have purchased my earlier apartments with many major builders in city but I could not get the satisfaction and completion compared to Geeyam builders, even after the project completion Geeyam builders are the only ones who continuously supported us and helped us to comfortably stay in our new home. Hi there, this what i am going to tell is more of a discovery than a testimonial. Its been a year since we had been in a look out for a decent apartment in a decent neighbourhood. Our search ended when we met Mr.Chandrashekar, the founder and his son Mr. Kriba who were on their regular site visit near my place of work. They was very transparent with his speech and explained everything regarding the apartment building which was being built at nungambakkam. We were very satisfied with the construction materials used, the architecture and the payment norms which was very feasible and reasonable compared to other builders. Nearly for every details we were given options to choose which normally does not happen with other builders. For every step taken in the construction we were updated time to time again which does not happen with other builders. The final outcome was more than par of what we expected. Even after the completion of the building their spirit to bring in more decor did not vanquish. They set up a beautiful garden around the place. Finally my verdict would be one of the best builders I have seen without much of mouth talk and lots of work execution with trust and dedication…

Recently purchased a new flat from Geeyam Constructions. The flat construction was completed on time and quality of the building is very good. They planned out the whole construction well and completed on time inspite of the COVID delays. Our communication with the managing partner Mr. Kirupa Shankaran was very professional and he was responsive to our requests. If there are some aspects, I wish that went better would be flexibility with the initial construction plan and communicating plan changes ahead of time.
